The pitches took place on November 26th at BIM World MUNICH that featured the Top 38 Smart Building/Smart Construction Innovators of 2025, chosen from a pool of more than 120 solutions representing over 40 countries.
Following each pitching session, a live jury evaluated innovations based on innovation level, go-to-market approach, commercial potential, and sustainability, ultimately announcing the Top 8 Smart Building/Smart Construction companies.

The final pitches will take place tomorrow. Following the live evaluation by the jury, the Top 3 will be announced and an award ceremony will follow. During the ceremony, the jury will present the trophy and certificates to the winner and the Top 8 innovators.
The winners of the 8th Smart Building / Smart Construction Innovation World Cup® will be a part of the Innovation World Cup® Hall of Fame.
