Tech Founders Wanted for The Next Breakthrough IoT Solution – rapidM2M Challenge kicks off at Embedded World and Mobile World Congress

Nuremberg / Barcelona, 22nd February 2019Microtronics joined hands with the Innovation World Cup® Series in the lookout for the most ground-breaking IoT tech founders. With more than 14 years of success stories, the Innovation World Cup® Series is the world-leading competition for tech startups and SMEs looking to advance innovations in the Internet of Things.

Less than four years ago, Microtronics was one of the most promising finalists of the IOT/M2M Innovation World Cup® 2015. Since then they have grown fast and supported many start-ups and big companies to succeed by using their connectivity and IoT platforms. The rapidM2M Challenge is a logic next step.

The rapidM2M Challenge is a special prize of the 11th IOT/WT Innovation World Cup®. Microtronics aims at supporting the future stars of the IoT industry with hands-on support and profound expertise in developing successful products and solutions.

The winner of the rapidM2M Challenge will be able to further develop their IoT project with an in-depth coaching workshop guided by Microtronics` experts. On top of working side-by-side with the Microtronics’s team, 25 contestants of the rapidm2m Challenge have the chance to use the state-of-art rapidM2M Base Starter development board that facilitates creating and testing IoT applications (upon request when submitting your solution), a comprehensive development environment, and overall Innovation World Cup® prizes worth over +500,000 USD.

 

First of a series of events – the launch of the rapidM2M Challenge

The official start of the rapidM2M Challenge takes place at the Embedded World Nuremberg (hall 3, stand 321) and the Mobile World Congress Barcelona (hall 8.1). Microtronics is part of the 10th IOT/WT Innovation World Cup® Pitch & Award Ceremony at 4YFN Barcelona on February 26th at 6:00 PM where they will officially launch their new rapidM2M Challenge together with the Innovation World Cup® teams.
